My goal as a mortgage professional and educator is to build a mortgage to fit both your short and long term needs and to become your “Lender for Life" through honesty, integrity, commitment and excellent customer service.
BIO
I started my financial services career in 1995 with First Union National Bank as a Financial Specialist. An extensive year of training ensued with in-depth look at Equity markets comprised of Stocks, Bonds, and Mutual funds, Insurance sales and customer experience and satisfaction. Upon completion of the training began the process of Federal, State, and local testing for licensing. I was given an opportunity to expand my Financial Career into the Mortgage Business in 1998. I have been in the Mortgage Business since that time. My training at FUNB was the foundation of my service approach that has helped me succeed throughout my career. I see every mortgage as an education and investment opportunity for my borrowers and myself. Helping borrowers understand their present or new home is an investment rather than a debt burden in addition to a place to call home. Throughout the interview process with my clients I ask questions about their short and long term needs. From that vantage point I am able to offer the best advice to meet their needs in regards to their mortgage. By spending quality time with each of my clients I gain a “Client for Life” and they gain a “Lender for Life”.
